PLACE RETURN AND EXCHANGE

1. Eligibility

  • Applies only to products purchased directly from bluered.in

  • Items must be unused, unworn, with original packaging and tags intact. 

2. Return & Exchange Window

  • Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. (Previously 14 days, now reduced per your request.) 

3. Return Process

  • Customer must initiate a return or exchange via the website within the specified timeframe.

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

4. Quality Check & Refunds

  • Returned items undergo a quality check to confirm they meet return conditions.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after QC approval. 

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are permitted during the same 7-day period.

  • If the desired replacement item is unavailable, you can opt for a refund or store credit.

6. Faulty or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact our support immediately.

  • In such cases, return shipping is covered by Blue Red and we will issue a refund or exchange at no cost.

7. Non-Refundable Items

  • Products marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
