PLACE RETURN AND EXCHANGE

Items must be unused, unworn, with original packaging and tags intact.
2. Return & Exchange Window

Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. (Previously 14 days, now reduced per your request.)
3. Return Process

Customer must initiate a return or exchange via the website within the specified timeframe.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
4. Quality Check & Refunds

Returned items undergo a quality check to confirm they meet return conditions.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after QC approval.
5. Exchanges

Exchanges are permitted during the same 7-day period.

If the desired replacement item is unavailable, you can opt for a refund or store credit.
6. Faulty or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact our support immediately.

In such cases, return shipping is covered by Blue Red and we will issue a refund or exchange at no cost.
7. Non-Refundable Items

Products marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
